If you would like to change your Current Trip, you may do so from the "My Trips" page or by clicking the down arrow next to the Current Trip name.

How to Use Online Trip Planning with the Hertz Neverlost
You can use neverlost.com with Online Trip Planning to help pre-plan your business or leisure trip, then transfer your trips to one of our Hertz NeverLost in-vehicle navigation systems.
	Plan your trip with Online Trip Planning Create a set of customized trips of addresses, hotels, restaurants, and lots of other categories.

	Reserve a Hertz NeverLost When you reserve a rental car through Hertz, click the box to add Hertz NeverLost to your rental.

Midsize or lower rental cars		Fullsize or greater rental cars
	Transfer to USB Drive Save your customized trips to a USB Drive.		Write Down Your Personal Download Code Your Personal Download Code can be entered into the NeverLost to wirelessly transfer your trips.

	Access Your Trips by USB Drive Simply plug in your USB Drive and click the “My OTP Destinations” button.		Access Your Trips by Download Code Simply click the “My OTP Destinations” button, followed by "Wireless Network Drive", then click “Enter Download Code.”

How to Book a Hertz NeverLost with your Hertz rental

When you first get to the Hertz.com website, you’ll be asked to enter the Hertz Location for pickup, along with a date range for your trip, and a class of car you’d like. Fullsize and greater vehicles have the option of adding a Hertz NeverLost Gen5 system with wireless Download Codes, while the midsize and compact cars utilize the NeverLost IV with USB support.

After you hit “Submit,” you’ll be given a list of car types. Select “Pay Later” or “Pay Now” on your preferred car type.

On Step 3 “Choose Extras,” you’ll see an option to add a “NeverLost® GPS” system to the rental. Click the checkbox, if it is not already checked, and proceed through the rental process as normal.

Please note: The Hertz NeverLost comes standard with all Prestige Collection rentals, and will not appear as an option when renting a Prestige Collection vehicle.

Personal Download Code

When you book a NeverLost Gen5, you can simply enter your personal code on the NeverLost GPS in your Hertz car to access all your trips.
